New capability: Multiple entry selections
We're fortunate to have a community of customers who put Nota to use in many different settings. From small SLP or OT clinics, to larger multi-specialty practices, to independent therapists finding creative ways to serve their markets. This results in new ideas coming from people with widely different perspectives, different needs, and offers us the opportunity to see things we've never considered. We're excited to announce a new capability, inspired by our community.
We continue to design Nota with the idea of enabling therapists to write high quality documentation simply and quickly. The customization we've built into Nota allows for flexibility across practices, so any practice may build the type of treatment note they need, with nothing extra. Nota lets therapists automatically populate frequently used phrases to save time. This new capability goes one step further. Many practices have a list of items they need to select from as a documentation component. This could be a list of words, phrases, or even a scoring scale of numbers.
With this new release, once the treatment note has been customized, the therapist will see a drop-down indicator in the section where it is available. When documenting, it's simply a matter of selecting the drop-down and choosing the appropriate value. Below are some examples of how the default list can be configured.
In each example, all a therapist needs to do, when documenting, is make the selection and move on to the next item.
It might seem a bit backwards, but we're hoping this capability lets Nota practices spend less time using Nota, because they got their documentation done more quickly.
