Appreciation

I love our customers. They are doing productive work, improving the everyday lives of people and families across the world. We made some updates to Nota for a group which had some specific needs, and I sent them a message to let them know the changes were live. A message came back from them today, and it made me think about these fantastic people. I’m fortunate to get these messages, but I don’t always think about what they really mean.

For some reason, this one made me stop for a moment and appreciate what it meant for a couple of our customers to take the time to write me and express their appreciation. We constantly work with the goal of making their lives easier and their work simpler. Our customers are great about letting us know when we fail and when we succeed. Both are immensely helpful, but the ones when we did things well are the best.

The thought of making people in the world a little bit happier, or their work life a little bit simpler every day is a dream. This is a fantastic feeling, and it’s great to take the time to reflect on that simple fact.
