How does the 30-day free trial work?

How are you supposed to make a decision on trusting us to keep your records without seeing how Nota works? Setting up your account is free, and you can use Nota's full capabilities. No limits.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No contracts. Nota is month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

What does “no per user fees” mean?

Some companies charge a fee for every user. Nota doesn't. Whether you have 5 or 50 users who are administrative support, part-time therapists, or full-time therapists, the monthly price is the same. Nota's pricing is based on the clients you are actively seeing. As your practice changes, you can move tiers as you need.

My setup is DIFFERENT from a private practice. How would my pricing work?

We know therapy practices are set up in many different ways, so get in touch and let's talk about your situation. We'd love to hear what you are doing and figure out the right plan for you.

What happens when the trial’s up? Will we be charged?

We don’t ask for your credit card up front, so we can’t charge you unless you decide to subscribe to Nota. If you want to continue, we’ll ask for your credit card. If not, you're in control and can cancel anytime, no questions asked.

What if we need more than 30 days to evaluate Nota?

If you haven’t purchased Nota before the trial ends and you need a little more time, get in touch with us. We’re happy talk about your situation and extend your trial.
